Resolution?

Looks like we have some resolution on the Shutesbury house sale impasse. The mason verified that the chimney/foundation etc is safe. The settling happened a long time ago, like we said. There is still the issue of the old oil tank and it looks like we will need to reimburse at closing for that but, at least it is movement forward. Off to work.... more later.......
