Shute-Ho Update

It was a beautiful summer day here...warm but not too hot and not too humid either. Of course I was inside 90% of the day. The hot hot WI type weather is supposed to come this weekend (oh joy). Anyway, here are a few new photos of the garden from yesterday. Unfortuantely, I found a few deer hoof prints and a few insignificant (so far) tops chewed, despite all the little bottles of cayote urine I have scattered around. What's next? Fencing??

no fencing required...get a 22. that will take down a deer with a carefully placed shot and provide meat for the winter! lol. i am turning into a redneck...although, the guy whose house i'm painting, is a biology prof, the man has a PHd and he hunts deer, ducks, and other animals...he bagged 5 deer last year, and he's not a redneck.

I might be into this if (1) I ever saw the deer (I usualy don't) and (2) if I liked venison (which I don't)..

Duck...now that might be a different thing.

But..if you are into venison and want to come post yourself in my yard in deer season...feel free. Gutting them is a real mess tho!

PS Glad to hear this post isn't a sign of red neck tendencies :-)
